Hello Ladies! Suzy Brostrand here. The Lord has brought something wonderful to East Union MBC. The Woman to Woman Mentoring Ministry is an opportunity for seasoned, Godly women to embrace the risks and rewards of helping younger women of faith grow in the grace and in the knowledge of our Lord, Jesus Christ. This ministry is connecting women for Spiritual growth and encouragement. Take a few minutes to review this ministry and pray about getting involved. Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. They can urge the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God. Titus 2:3-5
This ministry is designed to meet all women in their spiritual journey, equipping her with community, discipleship, friendship, and the tools to refill and fuel her to fulfill her calling in Christ. Refuel is a great opportunity for women to gain tools to be confident and intentional about their spiritual health, so they will not become spiritually bankrupt. It's not easy being a woman in today's world. Can I get an amen? The demands and expectations we face can be overwhelming. That’s why I am so excited about this next study, “Twelve Women of the Bible”. This study takes us through the trials and triumphs of women found in scripture and we will learn how to draw near to God in every situation. These remarkable women will encourage you through their failures as well as their successes. I hope you will join me, as we learn from great authors like Lysa Terkuerst as they present great teaching, real stories, and practical application for everyday life.
